ProSync is clearly more concerned about putting a body in a seat than providing qualified personnel for their customers. Most of the employees on the team I was a part of were promised promotions within a year as an incentive when they were hired and these never came to fruition. Recruiting/staffing routinely lies on resumes and then expects the employee to be able to perfom in a postion for which they are clearly not qualified. An inappropriate relationship between two of the managers is blatent and adds to the uncomfortable corporate environment. The corporate employees look like beaten dogs most days and for those on contract, it is learned quickly that the best strategy is to stay away from the company office. At best, it is a hostile work envrionment. The leadership screams, uses profanity and routinely insults employees. The management style at ProSync can be described as nothing short of bullying.
